smart goals

 

couple days ago we did our goals and I have already finished my personal goal by winning the school tournament. the f of the tournament was so intense because In the first quarter we were losing by 5 points but in the last quarter we got like 6 baskets in a row and after the game, we won 44 to 32.

Today we did current events, that were the teacher asked you questions about the world that have been on the news. after we did that the teacher makes us pick a question and write about it and for that, I did it about Lidia Ko. The hardest thing was finding the facts for this and also probably writing this. The easiest thing probably finding the links for the hole in one that Lidia did, also another easy thing is finding a picture of Lidia Ko.

Fitness

 

Today we just finished doing the 4Js run that's when you run to a specific location and you run to it.

when we finished doing it the teacher saw some people that weren't trying to do the 4Js run so they decided to make us do this, and this is about why is fitness so important. I personally think that fitness is good because it helps you get healthy and much more. Today when we did the 4js run the teacher pick a person that does the whole run and when they pass someone that hasn't run to the end they go back. The hardest thing about this is doing the run we run a long way and the asyest thing was doing this.

Rap Song

Today we did a rap song about kinetic and potential energy. the hardest thing was trying to read the works because the sun was on the and we had to make them bigger so each time we finished our line we had to scroll down so we can see the words that we are saying.

After video questions

 

Today we did after video questions, for this, we had to watch a video and answer the questions. the easiest bit was watching the video. also, another easy thing will be writing this which is the caption but the hardest thing was thinking about what to write for the questions.

Today we did compare and contrast the hardest thing was reading the article and thinking about what to write. The easiest bit is probably writing the caption witch is what I am writing right now.

potentail vs kinetic energy.

Today we talked about energy, we talked about kinetic and potential energy and we did an example on a rubber band. We pulled the rubber band and talked about kinetic energy and potential energy.

The hardest thing was trying to find a spot where there was no one speaking and another thing was trying to find a rubber band.

Qininney's Bush, You Went Where

 Quinney’s bush

Every year our family goes to Quinney’s bush, we go there after Christmas so we go after boxing day. Quinney’s bush is a campground, there is a skate park and a water slide. There are lots of things to do there. I mainly go to the skatepark and play basketball.

When we get there my mum and dad have to set up the tent and normally I race off with my friend, so I don’t have to help set up the tent. Before we go to Quinney’s bush I get money out so I can buy food at the shop every day I get an ice block and some lollies. Quinney’s bush is in the Tasmin discredited.

Basically every day we had hash browns because I love having hash browns. We normally have it for lunch or tea because I have weetbix for breakfast. When we have hash browns I have it with bacon and eggs. I like putting the egg on the hash browns and then cutting them up and it tastes really good.

When me and my friend go to the skate park and play basketball a lot of people want to vs us and we do and we have a close game with them but we still won. At the skate park, we have big games like 6v6. It doesn’t sound like a big game because the court is small and it is mixed up with the skate park.

We stay at Quinney’s bush for new years, we stay up all night waiting for the countdown and we have a music boom all night. All the time we get a warning about the music being too loud and we have to turn it down.

Quinney’s bush is an excellent place to camp and to have lots of fun and get together with your friends and experience the exciting things there like going to the swimming hole, going down the slide, playing on the tyre swing and lots more and that’s why we go there for New years.

A week ago we did You went where, that is where you pick a place that you have been in the holidays. I did Qininneys bush because I go there every Christmas holiday. I liked doing this because I really like Qininneys bush and I like going there every year. there wasn't really a hard thing about writing this because I know everything about Qininnys bush.

Energy Moblie

 Today for our t- shaped literacy, I did it with Harley, we did a mobile about energy and the energy forms we did were nuclear, kinetic, potential, and wind power. It was pretty easy to make because there were 2 of us. The hardest thing was cutting out the cardboard and putting the string in and tieing it up to the mobile

Research

 

Today we tried to find the hottest and coldest countries in the world on average. The hardest thing was trying to find the photos for the hottest place and coldest places. I learnt that Burkina Faso is the hottest country in the world on average.

Animal Town

 Once there was a group of animals going on a camping trip they went on a walk and one group got lost. Lion dropped the map and everyone started to chase the map but the wind was to strong and the map got lost. The animals started to get scared, they started to retrace their steps but they couldn't because they chased the map and got lost. They were stuck in the forest.

They started to yell at lion because he dropped the map and some people tried to get help by yelling into the forest. After they stopped yelling at lion they started to calm down and started to find food zebra found a river and everyone chased to it to try and get food and water. They got some food and started to eat it. After they ate they started walking and hopped that they will found the rest of the people in the camp. Then suddenly and group of nasty hungry animals come and they started to fight, lion was the last one standing all his friends were dead the rest of the nasty animals charged at lion but lion was faster and lion run away with scratches on him and somehow he found help and they helped lion and lion told them that he was the last one standing.

Task five T-shaped literacy

 

Today we did task five of T-shaped literacy. This is what it said Your message could be about the way we are influencing the environment. I did it about that we should stop littering if we keep littering it could kill everything.

Today the whole class did a video to teach someone how do play a sport I chose to do my sport about basketball. The hardest thing was trying to get the videos on my google drive so I can put it on wevideo. The best thing was making the video because we had the whole hall to are selves.

How do we use the arts to communicate?

 

Today we did task 4 of or T-shaped Literacy. This is about if we can tell what the paintings mean. The hardest one was slide 4 I was trying to see if I know what the painting means I was stuck on that one for a long time but I fingered it out.

Today we did our third tack for T-shaped literacy. This is about Banksys profile, The hardest thing was thinking what about to write and the easiest thing was getting the picture of banksy.

Task 2 Graffiti

 

Today we did task 2 of our activity and this is about should the people that did Graffiti in Christchurch be arrested I think that they should not because they are making art that people like and it is colourful and it brings hope to people that lost something in the earthquake. The hardest thing was thinking about the ideas of what do write.

Today we did a task for T-shape Literacy and we did it about painting the town its a book and it's about the Christchurch earthquakes and how they are painting over the cracks from the earthquakes. The hardest thing is doing the caption and writing the stuff down.

The Great Barrier Reef

 

Today we are doing a question of a quiz that we did. The question was why is the Great Barrier Reef dying.
